Getting to Taos
The ISS painting seminar is located in the beautiful area just outside of Taos, New Mexico. Getting here is easy and you will most likely have the pleasure of seeing Albuquerque and Sante Fe along the way.
Travel by Air
The largest and most convenient airport in the area is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Once you register for the Intensive Studies Seminar book your flight tickets immediately. Doing so will ensure that you get the best times and fares. Also, remember to book your hotel reservations and rental car as soon as you are registered.
Travel by Land
When you arrive at the Albuquerque airport you will need some form of ground transportation to take you to The Sagebrush Inn. You may either rent a car or use a shuttle bus.
Your best option is probably to rent a car at the airport from one of the numerous major car rental companies available. This will allow you to explore the areas around Taos, including Santa Fe and Abiquiu in the off hours and on your day off. No group transportation will be provided, but it is suggested that participants share rides to save money and our planet.
