The picturesque village of Taos, New Mexico and its surrounding area have been an attraction to artists since the turn of the century when it first became an art colony. Such painters as O'Keeffe, Marin, Hartley, Hopper, and Fechin found inspiration in this beautiful and authentic setting. Located in northern New Mexico at the foot of the Rockies, it is an ideal location for a painting seminar and is where ISS is held.
